Problem Statement: The client was a product based company where the sales team would send quotations to potential customers and follow up regularly. There used to be frequent mistakes due to manual process and the sales team would sometimes forget to follow-up with clients.

Generating quotations in minimum time
Editing the previously sent quotations
Keeping the track of leads and their statuses
Regular follow up with leads on specified date and time
Magikos Solution: A Web application for managing their quotations and follow-ups. The application generates quotations based on input provided by the users and sends that automatically to the lead. The user of the app who sends a quotation will be sent reminders to follow-up with the lead until it is marked as “Closed” in a provided system. The owner of the company can now review the data whenever he wants.
