Problem Statement: The client was in the tutorial business and needed a system to help manage it.

Magikos solution: A google sheets based system with the following features.

  • Track enrollments and exits of students for various courses
  • Accounting of fees received
  • Send automated reminders to those who were running behind on the fees
  • Fortnightly automated Student survey where they can provide the feedback
  • Dashboard and alerts for the client
