Problem Statement: The client was an executive search firm with several recruiters working for them as employees. Over the years they had accumulated valuable data and resume but were struggling to

a) Make good use of this data.

b) Secure theft of this data from exiting employees.

Magikos Solution: We made an end-to-end resume management system with the following key features.

• Organize candidate data based on chosen parameters.
• Share data between employees without sharing key details like contact number, email, etc.
• Recruiters can request resume download/contact details which can only be authorized by specified senior management personnel.
• A module to monetize this data by inviting external users to download a resume on a “pay per download” basis.
